1.Validity: This e-voucher can be used at RT-Mart offline stores, the RT-Mart Fresh App, and the RT-Mart WeChat Mini Program. 2.Once sold, this e-voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 3.The e-voucher cannot be recharged. It is non-registered, non-replaceable if lost, non-redeemable for cash, and no change will be given; it becomes void after its balance is fully used. 4.Binding and payment • RT-Mart Fresh App or RT-Mart WeChat Mini Program → “Me” → “Gift Card” → “Bind Physical Card” → enter card number and PIN → “Bind to E-Card,” then set a payment password. • In RT-Mart stores, use the self-checkout machine, choose “Gift Card,” enter the payment password, and scan the displayed e-code to complete payment. (The payment password is time-sensitive; if it expires, re-enter it.) Only one member account can be debited per transaction. If the order amount exceeds the balance, you must split the purchase or use another payment method. 5.Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final once completed; no returns or exchanges will be accepted. 6.No invoice will be issued by RT-Mart for purchases paid with this e-voucher. 7.Validity period: 3 years from the card-creation date. 8.Please keep your e-voucher secure. The company accepts no liability for any loss resulting from leakage or loss of voucher information.
