Fnac is Europe's leading retailer of technology and cultural products, and stands as a unique example of a partnership between commerce, culture, and technology. Literature, music, film, video games, visual media, audio, new technologies, and products for the kitchen, home, and personal care all come together in a single space for shopping, advice, discovery, and socializing. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. If your order is canceled or you return the item online, the amount spent will be converted into a Gift Certificate, which can only be used for online purchases. How to use them: Online: Enter the card number and the additional code in the “Your gift cards” field that appears on the checkout page when placing your order. In-store: Present the card at the register or show the QR code. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at https://www.fnac.es/ayuda?question=como-funcionan-las-tarjetas-regalo
