- Only **1 (one)** Gift Card can be used per purchase. - If the Gift Card does not cover the purchase amount, the difference can be paid with a credit/debit card. - In the event of theft or loss, the Gift Card will not be reissued. 1. Nominal codes apply only for partial or full redemption of the code. 2. Valid for in-store redemption or through a direct phone call to the store; it is essential to mention the code for the redemption process. 3. The codes are digital and are only valid for redemption at the Provider's establishments. 4. Not applicable for orders via Didi, Rappi, or aggregators. 5. The codes can be redeemed for purchases or orders at the Provider's establishments. If redeeming the digital voucher (code) via phone order, a delivery fee will be charged, which is $5,500 pesos or the current rate at the time of redemption. 6. Valid from Monday to Sunday according to each restaurant's hours. 7. Code not valid for purchases through the website, app, Contact Center, or aggregators. 8. Code not valid for cash redemption. 9. Valid for redemption in the cities of Bogotá, Cali, and Medellín at the Provider's establishments. 10. Codes NOT valid for redemption at sub-franchised stores in these cities or nationally. Not applicable at the national level in stores in secondary cities or sub-franchises. 11. For phone orders, the delivery area is limited. The 30-minute or free business policy is indefinitely suspended. 12. If the order exceeds the total value of the digital code, this amount must be covered by the buyer's beneficiary and paid by any authorized payment method at Domino’s restaurants, along with the delivery fee if applicable. 13. Gastronomía Italiana en Colombia S.A.S. will deliver the product to the BENEFICIARIES of DCANJE who provide the code, under the conditions, qualities, and characteristics described in these provisions. 14. Gastronomía Italiana en Colombia S.A.S is not responsible and will not replace codes due to theft, loss, or fraud. 15.I t will be the responsibility of DCANJE to communicate to the designated BENEFICIARIES of the codes the terms and conditions stipulated in this offer and those determined by DCANJE to be eligible for the code. If this is not done or if there is any claim from a third party regarding conditions different from those stated in this offer, it will be the exclusive responsibility of DCANJE, which must respond directly to the third party and hold DOMINO'S harmless in this matter. 16. All prices include taxes. 17. The code is a bearer element, so it can be redeemed by anyone who provides the code. 18. Once the validity of the codes has expired without being redeemed, there will be NO refund of money or extension of their validity. **REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS:** 1. Print the code. 2.
